ive always had somebody just give me the icf... but where do u get it? what drops it?

massive white dragon drops ice chest
ice chest drops ICF
ice chest doesn't drop ICF 100%, you may not get it for a while.

well icf isnt exactly a lvl 50+ weap :P... at level 32 i was hopin to use it but theres no way i can take him down.

Yeah it should of gotten better like the starsteel greatsword because of the dragons getting stronger.
