Yeah, you can make it look like you are hitting with two weapons, or hitting really fast. I've seen this before, just can't remember where. The real question is, can you make it hit only one time with a low agility?

it's casing "dice" as the spell of the weapon everytime it hits, and dice does massive damage it seems. NOW, can you critically dice? if so, lets see it

And, seeing as you can't critically dice, what if you put the added spell on a level 10 weapon? Say the spell goes for 5-14dmg, 100% of the time. What would happen when a halfogre with 150 str is wielding it, at lvl 50? Would he still get 5-14 damage, or would his strength bonuses go into affect, making it a more worthwhile weapon? (Hypothetical, not realistic).



I mean, it's cool to add more than five swings, but there are many many drawbacks. I don't think it would be realistic to have a ten-swing weapon on a lvl 50 char, without massive thought going into balancing the damage.

it's not 10 swings though technically. It's 5 swings w/ 100% extra dmg that is horrendously high. (my opinion)

The extra damage doesn't go above the max set. So that 5-14 extra damage on the lvl 10 weapon will always be 5-14 even on a 150 str hogre...Now, what you can do is change the message so it sounds believable..

Can't think of the wording offhand, but if you slice at something, your getting the full carry through of the swing, the dice would be the coming back motion which doesn't get enough swing or force behind it, which would make sense with the lower damage.

Nod, that's what I was pointing out. I was seeing if there was a possible way to make this happen, making the swings more realistic.
