How do I get the ice crystal staff?

Where is it located and do I just kill the guy for it? And where is Sharh'Kur, the monster who has it?
Yes..just kill Sharh'Kur..he's in the same area as MID (well..massive white dragon 1.11j+).

He's either:
A - se, e, ne, nw, w, n, nw, ne, e, se, s, e, se, ne, n, ne, n, e, ne, se, s, se, s, nw, nw, s, sw, s, e, ne, se, w, nw of Massive White Dragon
OR
B - w, nw, w, sw, nw, sw, n, nw, ne, n, ne, n, e, ne, se, s, se, s, nw, nw, s, sw, s, e, ne, se, w, nw of the crystal.
