Id say northern forests looking at the options given so far only.. cuz if im correct about where your playing youll get hunted down in gnolls, shadowfist, etc... northern forests might be a little less likely to get hunted by the pvp bastards

If you have the Ankegs loop, try that one out. Not many go all the way out there to pvp someone. Takes just to #### long to get there. ;)
