edit wont save

i edited an already made room.. map 1 room 766. thats the silvermere sewers, junction.
i edited that room to have an exit down. then i run the bbs and its there and it works perfect.. after it finishes the initialization. its gone.
this might be a common fix to some, could you please help me out? thanks

oh yeah, its version 1.11g

nod, you have to compile an update file or else it will overwrite your changes with the old one.

hehe.. i wish it was there.. there isnt even a "File" menu.. just 'Edit' and 'About' heh
