How does the spell slow (or speed) work? I understand the movement modifier with "slowness". What I'm curious about is the "speed" modifier. Under 100 is faster (game uses 80 and 85), and over 100 is slower (game uses 125). Now here's my question.. What does the speed modifier actually modify? Your actual swings? Or your energy?

Heh, nobody knows?.. What about slow spells cast on monsters? What gets reduced there, if anything?

If I am not mistaken, Speed will increase your AMOUNT of swings as slow will reduce the number or swings therefore letting you live hopefully longer as a mage.

If I had to guess, maybe it's a % of energy needed per swing? So if you had Speed:85, perhaps the energy needed per swing is only 85% what it normally is, hence you get more swings? I really have no idea tho, I used to wonder that myself.
