I made a necklace, I put it to value 44 on it, ,which is the intel, and I put 5 to the right, using nightmare btw, but it dont add 5 int to my stats when I wear it???

As for adding intelligence...I find that it rarely works as just a basic bonus when an item is worn. You can create a spell for it to cast, and just tie the spell into needing the item to be equipped (rather difficult, and I forget how to do this...I know I did it once when I started out toying with stat bonusing items).
