I heard those were in to test a certain flag that was thought to be causing the crashes when J was being tested. I guess they forgot to take them out....

metro doesn't take shit out, and this item exists..it costs 10 red dragon hides and 1 runic at Remik of the Ebon Blade, who is somewhere inside the Guild of the Ebon Blade, located 2 sw, 3 south from the room outside the archmages tower, the area is not easily navigated, be careful..I'm trying to map it, it's not easy, but it's commin along.
