Ok..this BBS has +50% drop rates, and I script green dragons..so of course, I have a whole lot of hides...where do I take them???

Nah, I found it..Jorah makes green dragon hide armor..the horned guy sells hides.

I'd have to disagree w/ your "best" armor opinion. Green > blue. Overall ac > 1 or 2 extra dr.
