html + frames [Archive] - ForumsHQ

I havent worked with html in ages and i was wondering if someones got a small document to help me with frames?



do i need a seperate frame.html for the frame?

does someone have a page i could use as an example?

go to yahoo and type html frames help...you'll get about 10 million sites that will walk you through frames.



Frames suck though, but if you insist on using them.

i use macromedia dreamweaver mx...



but you could find a free editor at www.download.com



just go there and search for html editor

If you have a question about anything regarding HTML, find a web page with whatever you are looking for (ie: frames), and look at the source. You will learn a little slower, but it will sink in more if you take the examples and figure out how to apply everything yourself.

grin, I learned everything I know about HTML/programming/etc.. from trial and error, and looking at other peoples code. That's how I learn.
