Which means it should cast once per round



Every monster/user has a max of 1000 energy to use per round (unless flagged for more). When you cast or attack, you use up an amount of that energy..in this case, you use up 1000 energy with one cast of mael.

That does look like a double round tho... He got 3 mael's in 2 rounds.
