I've decided admiral acid has the right idea, i think ill get to working on a java chat applet to integrate onto the web page to make things easier for people.

so does this mean that we need to change The Irc?

Shit, that just made me realize, not all the BBS's out there have a web server to host it, damnit. Might have to scrap that idea, what we need is FidoNET for worldgroup or something.

couldnt you have it still on the bbs menus and just have one or two java irc clients on your page and morbid's that connect to your irc server. every board doesnt really need its own java irc client, as long as all the boards advertise the location of the java chat.

ps - look 2 posts above admiralacid's in the irc thread... who mentioned java chat?
