I have told you before my computer doesnt work right ITS A PIECE OF CRAP so dont sit there and talk down to me... WE CANNOT FIX IT.... ITS UNFIXABLE... so you dont have to be rude to me for no reason... If you think its fixable I think you need to talk to Brunt... or his lil bro or all his friends... they will tell you this computer has NEVER worked right...

This computer is a POS. I just built a new computer for her parents. It was so old, it wouldn't load any webpages. IT WAS UNFIXABLE. This computer is also OLD and a POS. A lot of things DONT WORK ON IT, because its old and a POS. KAZAA has never worked on this computer....Napster never worked right...on dial-up, or cable. This computer is a POS. So, this computer is UNFIXABLE.



ANYWAYS, why close the post? Thats just rude. Ok, so you dont want to help her....why be a dumbass and try to stop everyone from helping her? What do you have against her?

This is a gateway micro-atx...everything is intergrated, only USB connections, and cant put in any PCI cards(???need mini-pci cards???). Ive upgraded the RAM to 192mb and a 20gb HD...it still doesn't run right. WinXP Pro with SP1, still doesn't run right.



I am not going to build a new computer just so she can run Kazaa on her computer.

That's why you don't buy a gateway in the first place. Buy the parts yourself and build it yourself. They last way longer and are usually faster.

uhh....yeah, thats what I have been doing for the past year. I spent $2,000 on my computer, and it was compaired to a $4,500 computer(at time of completion, with dvd-ram burner, scanner, router, gf4 ti 4600, and performance benchmarks).



A few years ago, I didn't know how to build a computer, and I had $1,000...so I bought the cheapest one I could find from gateway. I wanted a computer....now its just the one I gave to my gf when I got mine....and will soon go to the 2 yr old as soon as I get enough money to build my gf a new one.



I only spent $200 on her parents...but they already had the monitor, printer, speakers blah blah...
