average round is about 4.5 seconds

average tick I got no clue..probably around 20-30 seconds

Rounds are 5 seconds, ticks are 30 seconds. *Average* varies, yeah, so Plat is probably more on the target. They are structured for 5 seconds and 30 seconds, it just depends on the servers machine speed and how much other shit is running, everything can't be exact ya know. I've never checked for an average, but Plat knows his mud.
