how do i turn off mmb from emailing me? i cant figure out how to turn off the subscribe thing that it does to each post i contribure to

there's an option when you post...under Options which are below the smilies.

That will only remove it per thread. You have to go into your User CP and go to Edit Options and turn off the "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" option. That will permanently remove it unless you check the box.
