Where can i find decent free web hosting and some kind of forums so i can keep in touch with my users and to let people know what changes i've made to my realm?

You can give Brinkster a try. If you get webserver 24 (I think it is) you may hate it, but otherwise, they're generally ok. They give you 25 megs of space and asp support, so you can run the Snitz forum, or whatever other asp forums there are.
