USE THE WCCUPDA2.DAT FROM THE EYE PATCH, AND APPLY AN UPDATE!

I heard all ya had to do was remove any reference from Loth for spell 433. I can't run 1.11I, I did all my edits on 1.11H and I'm not doin em again.
