I got a bit of a dilemna, now that Im mudop I gotta deal with shit like hoarding... no rule was posted about it, when I was made mudop I failed to post one assuming it wouldnt be a big problem... *Before becoming mudop I got killed(while afk, not pvp'ing back) and lost my questor(ranger), later I got a better weap, so Im not longer an issue.. *The same person who killed me(priest/ninja for his chars) recently killed a cleric and took his questor as well.. *Now I am trying to do something about hoarding, and the rule Ive put into place on hoarding is no items your class cant use, simple, fair.. in my opinion. *However, this person won't give up the 2 quest weapons he can't use... *what be a fair way to deal with this? *I figure posting here I get some decent opinions on how different people view the situation..

shortly after i posted this, one of the users in the mud who had not logged in 2+ weeks that had a mystic/missionary combo came today saying he lost his pw with a new character, a ranger, and its been mentioned his dupe would probably be cleric, he was immediately in the gang run by the person who had been at issue for hoarding, but was definately a different person, both qweps are now in his inventory... all of this talk with the person hoarding, the new characters, etc.. has been within a 30 minute time frame...

i wanted to get the latest info out there because imo, this isnt right, but others might not see it that way, i dont want to be the ####### mudop, but it appears others are trying to only be assholes to the people in the realm...

is it fair that after i spend a decent amount time trying to get the items then having them taken away just because some idiot who cant pvp complains?

You spend time attacking people mostly when they are afk, the claim you didn't know, you obviously enjoy the pvp side of mud more, problem is the people you are pvp'ing half the time aren't fighting back, you bs them when they are low or other various things, and fact is you are trying to keep people from using items they could use.

In my opinion, I hate people who PVP scripters. That's just gay

I mean, if you want a board w/ more ppl ak, go find a bbs w/o scripting!

But then again, people who have all the good $hit and script all day aren't very fun either :)

How's this for a solution. Tell him (artic) he has to keep those weapons on him and not stash it in his ganghouse or something so at least you can have a chance of getting it back... or just log on as him and drop it :biggrin:
