Worldgroup and Majormud Mod 9 Prefered [Archive] - ForumsHQ

i was given a copy of Nightmare and it doesn't seem to work, i'm guessing it is because i don't have my progs reged... can someone please help me?

It doesn't matter if its registered or not. Are you trying to install NM to the same directory as your WG directory. If not, then you should try that. Now then if you are have you installed MUD into the same directory as your WG, if not you should then install NM there. Thats the way it all works my friend.
Damn I sound like I know what I am doin.. maybe I should drink more often

2 things to take into consideration: 1) Is it installed into your worldgroup directory ( this is mandatory), and 2) Are you trying to use this on MOD9 because the old nightmare wont work correctly on MOD9 muds.
