Time to lock the forum down to approval only... seriously. Who registers for this place that actually is worth a damn?

Look at the list of recent registered usernames:

Just mouse over all the 'website' fields. All of em are spammers and I for one am getting sick of getting on here and looking at the past 10 messages to see 50% are from spammers.

Just lock it down and make em email AA/Ray/Syntax for an account.

MMB is again members of HoneyPot and StopForumSpam. Both have already trapped spammers. Because I like honeypot so well, i donated an MX record and put Harvester code in the templates. I also reported quite a few user names to the SFS service.

i used to use honeypot a lot before, it's hard to tell how well it works, really.

HoneyPot alone probably what you say is true. The Mod i have installed has great reporting. You're an admin, check em and report...
