I'm a ninja and want to max my picklocking ability... is there one stat over another that will raise this faster when applying cps?

i know i've seen this before, but can't find the formula for it now.

Intel and levels are only things that will raise pick locks.

Would be nice to see a formula, though. I know it's out there, Locke and others derived most if not all of the game's formulas before the source was available.

LVLs 16+=3(LVL/2)-(LVL/6)
(Agility-50)/3.5
(Int-50)/6
