Who else is having a nerdgasm about this game?

I've gone back and played some old fighting games. I must say that Street Fighter is the only one that survived the time IMO. I've been rocking the xbox turbo remix!~!!!

Yeah SF2 had like 8 iterations. Personally I'm done with that game. SF4 footage looks promising...

Tekken > SF anyday. Soul Calibur also is better IMO. I had a limited edition T5 hori stick that I just sold last fall, and now I don't have a playable controller for this game. Even though several friends are getting it, no SF for me....I *hate* using shoulder buttons for fighting games, ala MK.

God this game is too freaking hard. I think I need to buy a gamepad if I'm going to keep playing, I can't get it to register my 3 kicks together, which is required for any of the ultras, I have a feeling it's because one of the kicks is a trigger, so the timing is off.

Anyway, I'm 3-2 right now on XBL, ~200 battle points. Anyone else playing?!?

U guys r lame. Killer Instinct was BY FAR the best fighting game ever IMO. My buddy could do the Ultra combo (84 hits i believe) with 2 of the three characters it was possible with. Badass game. KI ftw!
