Remember, a Zombie is a biologically definable animated being occupying a human corpse. It is not the resurrection of the same essential person who once lived in that body.

Well if you read the article they are actually taking about general disaster preparedness. They used Zombies as a way to inject a little humor into a situation that most people do not want to discuss.
