How long do you think your bbs will be in testing?

Me personally I think it will probably be in testing for the next like 6 months or so. :/

I imagine 6 months is a bit of an overstatement.

Prob closer to 5 and a half than 6.

And I wonder if anyone has thought of slowing down exp, or raising requirement per level. To prolong low level play. I couldn't agree with all of you guys more - below 30 is key.

The problem with raising the requirement per level is that it will make you hit the exp 2 level rollover bug faster. On stock charts it starts at level 88 and by level 105ish all combos have hit the rollover. If that bug can be fixed (which at the moment it does not seem like anyone is actually working on it) then we could definately do some tweaks to the formula to affect the required amount between levels. It's not a difficult change but would requrie some hex editing work on the DLL to implement it.

Could someone go here http://metacomm.dyndns-server.com and try my Java Telnet thingy provided on my main page, and tell me if it works for you?
