You've managed to make an ass of yourself within the first 15 posts of your FHQ involvement - not unlike my debut to FHQ.
Instead of ridiculing someone for their observations about an obviously unbalanced board, perhaps contribute suggestions for ways it could be balanced, or keep your mouth shut.
Arguing about someone's opinion is pointless, and will only aggravate the situation. Especially when you've misunderstood the point of the whole thread.
