I don't know how many of you watch/give a shit about college football. I don't watch a whole lot of college ball, but I do like watching the bowls. This years BCS system of bowls is the most crazy screwed up crap in the history of sports. The current tax code makes more sense. The BCS Bowl System- brought to you by the people who rewrote medicare prescription coverage for seniors.... I feel for all those schools that worked hard and had a great program this year, but failed to get a multi-million dollar bowl because of the screwed up way this years BCS rules work. :nono:

But more to your point, the small schools get dicked every year. Not only do some conferences have automatic bids, but there's also independent Notre Dame, who can finish anywhere in the BCS top 10 and be guaranteed a money game.

Most conferences have rules in place to share the money made from these games with the rest of the teams, so not only does the team get screwed, but the whole conference does too.
