ok, ..... i have quite a few... you can judge how important they are and fix accordingly...

1. **you said you made it so we can get cheap-o mounts at level 15, but the drops are bizzlike right now and there is almost no way possible for anyone to afford a cheap-o mount at level 15 unless they work countless hours with their secondary skills [blacksmithing, engineering, etc..], ya know?

i dont necessarily want the monty-hall-ism game play, but a little help would be great.

Question: Does editing/modifying drops screw with required quest item drops?



2. I was having trouble finding anyone to 'repair' items in Westfall and Stormwind City, in fact, i couldn't find anyone.



3. some quests wont complete, i got the Find Malakani [?] body parts quest and went to where the body parts are but the mouse pointer wouldnt change over the body parts, thus, i couldnt complete that quest.



Same with completing the Pie For Billy.



4. **The inns and large cities will change the XP bar to blue for rested bonus, but it doesnt stay blue long enough, you only get the rested bonus for like 2 kills, then its back to regular purple and no bonus.



5. I'm still getting "Your Too Far Away" when im only 2 [game] feet from the monster, which isnt really a big deal, but i believe it is listed as a "wont get that anymore"



6. **i took mining as a secondary skill, and when i mine, the mining drops suck, dropping only 1 or 2 items [ore or stone].

Inns = Thats supposed to be like that, thats blizzlike and listed in the Tradewinds Final post I made it even states:

No more "Well Rested" all the time, you need to be at an inn or major city to rest.



Mining, tahst blizzlike mining drops, not the funstyle drops like we had before.

As for the cheap-o mounts, thats my fault, I accidentally over wrote the original file. When I do fix it, you will need to delete the WDB and WTF directories in your WoW folder otherwise it will show them as being level 40.

I'd have to agree - money and item drops could be raised a bit without affecting the overall gameplay too much. Perhaps focusing on green/blue/purple/orange item drop rate and not so much on the grays. I believe there are separate settings for each quality of item.

In order to raise the drops and whaqt item's are roped I would have to go through every single monster and manually edit them and their templates, maybe I can do that for some of the mid level mobs but.....

.... i played on the bizz server for a while, my 10-day free trial, and the mining drops were MUCH more, you would have to mine 2 - 4 times on each deposit and each time you would get 4 - 6 items [ore or stone].

also, the "rest" state lasted around 45 minutes before you would have to rest again and on your server it lasts about 10 minutes.

Rest status isnt in minutes, it's dependent on the EXP you make, if your well rested up to 4000 exp and you make 4200 exp in 5 min then you will no lo0nger be "well rested".

Rest "time" is also dependent on level and time spent in a "rest zone".

I was under the impression drops (green/blue/purple/orange) were controlled via a script for each "quality", but I may be mistaken. I know a few private servers are able to control the quantity of drops with a few entries, but they may not be using Kobold, and I'm not familiar with this emu yet.

Kobold(Ludmilla) Is a new generation of EMu software that stores everything in SQL tables for quick access, problem being is alot of the monster ID's listed in game when I do a .npc info on them don't corrispond with what's in the database. Alot of these issues we are having stem from the creatures and gameobjects database which I plan on replacing tonight when I get home to see if that fixes things.

And I'm clueless when it comes to SQL lol.. I downloaded Kobold and Mara's latest repack, just so I could mess around with settings etc. Now I have to download MySQL and whatnot so I can start learning.

In any case, I'll stop posting off-topic ;)
