well here is the problem i just replaced the top end on my bike, cuz i siezed the rod on the crank, so i got it back from the shop we put the top end together, and the bike started up that night it revved up and we shut it off. now i cant get the bike to start i have spark from the plug, and i went through the carb and all is ok. when i would take the plug out it is soaking wet with gas, im kinda stuck right now and have no clue what to check, and i wanted to see if i could get some help.

your carb sounds really rich. tune it down a bit. seems to me like you're dumping wayyy too much gas into the motor. i'm not sure if you're still having the problem since this post is a bit old, but lemme know.
