Hi folks, I think we have a problem with the warrior rage system. If nobody else is experiencing this or if you are, then please give me some feedback here.



I've not been playing a warrior char for very long, but I've noticed that when you hover mouse over the rage meter, it clearly states that rage is accumulated on damage dealt and damage recieved.



I just want to check because rage is not accumulating when I inflict damage. This isn't really a big thing when I solo because 1-on-1 combat is a 2 way street. I hit mob, mob hits me, rage is accumulated regardless.

However, in a group situation this really blows. You cannot generate the rage needed to perform critical threat generating moves, therefore you cannot pull aggro from a team member who is getting fed with his own ass. You are also unable to use any of the warrior buffs / debuffs.



We have a few abilities like Charge & Bloodrage etc, which generate tiny amounts of rage, but the cool off on these means you cannot just keep spamming these before the end of combat or a party wipe.



Can anyone back me up or prove I'm the only one, please ? :huh:

This (rage only generated on damage received) is an emu problem, and you'll see it on near all of the private servers out there, sadly. It does suck, but melee classes are so far ahead of spellcasters on emu's that it shouldn't be that big of a deal.

I wonder if it would be possible to create an item like a heal/mana potion, but specifically for rage ? How plausible is this?

Potion of rage and potion of great rage, alchemy pots. check 'em out on thott. I don't know how viable they are on our server, not sure how the tradeskills are working.

Unfortunately my char has already started on mining and blacksmithing so I can't take herbalism and alchemy. :(



Invisigod ? Any chance you can put these potions on a couple of vendors ?



Potions are; Potion of Rage, Potion of Mighty Rage, Potion of Great Rage.

Well It seems to me that the claws required for the basic rage potion are not dropping from the mobs they're supposed to drop from. Can anyone else confirm this please ?

the large fangs have a really shitty drop rate in the real game. the best place to get them (from my hunting) is the spiders outside of theramore
