It has come to my attention that players on Tradewinds are not reporting bugs to GM's or the Lord of the Server. I don't expect you to drop whatever you are doing to come post or inform a GM, but I have found it useful to keep a pad of paper and a pen at my desk to jot down things I come accross when it is convienient for me to do so. You can also report bugs to me whilst I am on the server playing. My character's name is Proflage, a Horde player. I am generally on between 10pm-3am Central Time, and sparingly on here and there in the late morning or early afternoon. Please inform me by the gobal channel 242. If you do not already know who to join the channel... the process is simple;

type: /join 242

By reporting bugs, glitches, and problems you help to make the server better and more enjoyable.

Also on the agenda is to recruit more GMs that can be available during the day hours (Central Time.) Mainly to recieve bug reports and to broadcast how to join and use the global channel 242.

Lastly on the agenda is, whether your Horde or Alliance, if you need help with a quest (i.e. group or share) post your request on the forums and a time can be set-up for people to do so. I know that personally I would like to schedule some group questing, but I am not sure if anyone else would.

I just might start having some free time, however it'd be during evening hours (after 4pm PST). So if you're in need of a GM or bug-finder hit me up. I've gotta figure out how to do the dual-client install so I can play both legit and Tradewinds, but after that I'd be game.

I'm currently working 10hour days and going to school 3 days a week, but school will end soon and I'll have that time to myself.

I cannot make any official offers to people or say a resounding "ok" as I am not the one who owns or works on the server (im just the sexy little busybody.) But people who report bugs are a-ok in my book. The last time something was malfunctioning, I was the only person to say so. Other people MUST have noticed but never bothered to tell anyone else. It is essential that everyone try to report bugs, at least that way we can tell if it is a server-side issue or a client-side issue.

I know that *I* would like for you to help me find bugs/broken quests. But the official ok would have to come from invisi.

I have 3 copies installed right now. It's as simple as renaming your tradwinds wow install to something like wow_fhq, and install again for your legit copy.

Those that have helped out so far I want to thank, and especially to Isla for the bug reports and for having the patience with me working on the server so much the past few days. When I can find a new host for it that will make it double difficult for me to do maintenance to it, so I'm trying to get as much done as possible.

OK so I tried this for the first time in a long time.. seemed to be some issues

Basically I installed WoW, updated it to 1.10 full, then ran the 1.10 patch which brought it back to 1.9.

1) The chat screen was completely white and I wasnt able to chat.

2) After dieing once, monsters could kill me with one swing (fixed itself after about 6 deaths)

3) NPC (including mobs) didnt spawn when walking into areas. No shop keepers or anything, until I sat around for a while (donno if this was lag related or maybe system related)

4) I get an error when trying to train new abilities (maybe due to my version?)

5) I got an error when I first created my character and it was showing the movie.

1) This can be corrected by clicking the Chat tab and telling it to use Background color Black, should not happen again.

2) What level we're these monsters?

3) Probably means that a cleanup needs to be run, typically if an area hasn't been used for awhile, the mob's despawn to conserve resources.

4) You need the addon's probably.

5) See #4, I'll see about sending you the Addon's that I'm using and see about posting them on here for downloading.

Gotta link for the addons?

The mob was a lvl 2 undead mob.. right outside the gate of noobville.

Whats wierd is it may not have been the mob. For some reason when I moused over my health and attacked my HPs went down to 1... Ill let you know if it happens again and capture it.
