Edited to add more info:
----
WinXP Pro
WG3.3
DSL Modem (set to dmz)
LinkSys router (set to dmz, port 23 forwarded)
No-IP - dynamic name service
-------------
I've read the WG help file and searched the forums and haven't been able to find the solution.
I can connect to my bbs via my internal network ip just fine, but when others try to connect over the internet, they get timeout errors, etc. I'm using a dynamic DNS service and I've tested the names and they work (point to the correct ip) and I've even had them use my ip instead of domain name with the same result. They can ping me just fine, but for some reason my server isn't listening or not responding. I thought it was a bad setting with my worldgroup... but I have it set to AUTO for my server ip and when I check what the auto selected, it is my internal ip addy. (ie: 192.168.#.#).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
P.S. I've got the lines and everything set up for more than the default # of users it starts with.
