Ok I have checked out everything up until the actually ceremony, at that point it is grabbed from another guide.
Requirements:
Both Characters must be AT LEAST level 45 and one must be male, the other must be female.
Groom - 1,300,000 zeny, 1 Tuxedo (43,000 zeny) [gift bouquet (2,000) optional] and Diamond Ring
Bride - 1,200,000 zeny, 1 Wedding Dress (43,000 zeny) and Diamond Ring.
You can buy the wedding garb in Prontera in the South-West corner (see attached pic) and you can dye your hair a different color for the ceremony in the next room over and change into your wedding garb here as well. You can obtain the wedding rings in Morroc, not exactly sure where though yet.
[B]Once you meet the requirements: If you wish your character to marry another you must both go to the Prontera Church in the North-East corner of the map. Go into the church, down the hall to the NPC called Sister Mary on the right of the pews. You must register to marry with Sister Mary within *one* minute of each other or the wedding will be cancelled. You must agree with each other’s proposals and then the wedding will commence after you both are agreed.
Marriage Ceremony: Insert the name of your Character to apply for the ceremony, the NPC will then direct you to the King on the dais. King Tristan will ask for the name of your partner, input their name. An announcement will then be sent to the server so your partner knows to start their half of the sign up process. Once your partner has also signed up for marriage they will also need speak to King Tristan. Once the I Do's have been said confetti will flow the diamond rings will turn into wedding rings with special skills and the Bridal March will play.
Honeymoon: After being married the happily wedded couple will not be able to use skills or attack for one hour. Walking speed is also reduced to half the normal speed. During this time, the Bride and Groom will be transformed into wedding characters instead of looking like their normal jobs.
The rings also give special powers as well as the couple recieves a special power only with each other, they are as follows:
Wedding Ring for Women:
Undying Love - Uses your SP to give your lover SP
Wedding Ring for Men:
Loving Touch - Uses your HP to give your lover HP
And for both/shared:
Romantic Rendezvous - By consuming 150 SP, you can teleport your lover directly to you, regardless of where he/she is. Casting time takes 20sec. You cannot use this skill during WOE and if the caster is on certain maps.
And for the married couple that needs a little R&R time in the game you can take a break over on the Island of Jawaii. Only married couples are allowed to roam this island. Unmarried persons, may only get into the pub. I think I found the NPC in Izlude to take you to Jawaii, but as I recall the trip is pretty steep. 55,000 Zeny... would make for a nice honeymoon vacation from your guild members.
