Um, I need someone to be a temporary PR guy til REX gets his internet worked out. All you gotta do is take note of everyone's complaints and give them to me, so I don't have to remember 5 people's complaints and reported bugs, and I'm really not stable enough to take these complaints myself because some people are too pushy, or annoying, or whatever... so I need someone who can deal with that and then tell me the problems in a way that won't annoy me. You also get ops.

The answer to the question is this. Look at the way you talk to people on Sinister. He wanted a person that could handle everyones problems without being shitty as the way you like to be to people. There is your answer.
