I hope I havent done anything to get banned for.

As for allowing others to use this account heres an additional thought. I also have a couple of users who have house keys and are able to come inside my house and do as they wish too. I often leave town for weeks on end and I want my users to be able to fix any problems associated with our board if the situation occurs. So in this same respect, not only do they have access to just accounts but they(several) have my house keys. Yes I realize this may look stupid for some, but most of my players I've known and played mud with for 10 or more years, friends even before this. I am a very trusting friend and feel that until someone burns me then I should give them the chance. As for someone using a name to post and there be repercussions on it, thats still debatable.

this is all fine. I can understand giving keys to your house to friends, etc. what i don't understand is still why you say "we" for license (your friends don't own it do they?) and most oddly, why do they need to share one account on mmb? registration was free last i checked.

I have even offered them to come to my house to look through my drives, do they? No. Does this show that they are not willing to find the adaquate proof that is needed? Yes. It has been plainly shown that Metro is not willing to provide me with any proof of my alleged wrong doings, other then, sorry guy but our descision is final no matter if we have no proof or not.

Thats rough bro. Good luck but I would sue for my license back instead of proving to the mmud world that they were wrong in their decision.

One step at a time, its only going to cost me 300.00 to start this lawsuit, first step is to get my lic back, once that is done then i will continue with spanking their butts.

Okay this is the deal, my license is not and will not be revoked, it will remain a legit system. they have only decided to refuse me service and allowed my bbs to remain a legit bbs. I can continue to run, sell or do whatever i wish as long as it remains in the contract. Although I will be banned from mudcentral and the sysop help forums. I have apparently pissed metro off and they will refuse me any further help with my legit licensed bbs...

Guess this falls into the right to refuse service....

My bbs wins, I lose the help....grin
