All the directorys are the install defaults, nightmare is pointed to load into and save to the Worldgroup folder, i shut down to board to do edits of any kind.



WG: C:\WGSERV

Mud: C:\WGSERV

Nightmare C:\Program Files\Nightmareredux

Nightmare points to C:\WGSERV

just checking because you said "All the directorys are the install defaults" ... WG defaults to "c:\program files\gallacticomm\worlgroup server" go check there to make sure you dont have a WG installation in there and could be running that by mistake or something.

Holy shit... what a n00bish mistake.... it has 2 installs..... i dont know how the fuck it did that tiwce with out me noticing it. For some reason when i ran the install it installed it in 2 places....

Hey Relorian, Did you ever fix your problem with worldgroup manager? I get the EXACT same error messages and can not start it. Running XP home

He just ditched WGMan. I still don't see a reason to use it other than convenience.
