Hehe nod Speed, I was for the most part directing that to Hobo..and I really would say a hell of a lot more than 10% smoke, just from what I see every day...well maybe it's just because of where I live, the majority here smokes.

It's completely area. Less than 20 million americans smoke a year. How many people are in this country?

about 280 million, so 10% is pretty close, more like 7% (assuming your 20 million figure is correct)

Double the number to attribute for any skewed results if you like. Hell, triple it. It's still only 21%. I don't care what the government says, I found that statistic AFTER I said my 10% number. The 10% was an educated guess. How many children are in the country? They don't smoke. There is a whole world of people out there that you have no idea exists. They don't smoke.
