Voodoo, your just a bushite. Following every word he says and taking it like its the word of god. Considering that if the Koreans had wanted to do that, they would have already (like anyone cant just buy a bomb off the now collapsed Russians). Bush and his cronies just want to limit the technology anyone can have. Frankly, when we gave Isreal a neuclear device, we crossed the line of good taste. And sence your stupid enough to believe bush, you'd probily believe that all neuclear science does is makes neuclear bombs, and not neuclear powerplants. Also Korea is NOT stupid, nor run by stupid leaders (unlike this country) and they KNOW that to use one would bring about its end, so I highly doubt they will go waving a bomb around....

No but they brag about their nuclear WEAPONS program...Not their nuclear energy program.. NUCLEAR WEAPONS.. Do I want a bunch of off the wall communist Koreans with a nuclear bomb? No.. I doubt you do either...

Actualy, i could give one rats ass if they do or dont. and just because a country is Communist, DOES NOT MAKE THEM EVIL.
Bush only put them in his "axis" of evil to kick up some shit. Im more scared of Isreali's with Nukes than i am of Koreans with nukes. Im also more scared of my own government, who's gone so far as to attempt to pass laws enabling tapping every phone line in the country than i am of Saddam Hussain.

The problem with this whole situation is that the US is going to do whatever they want without regard for what the rest of the world thinks. If we act hastily and without regard for the UN, then we discredit the UN even further and put more of our citizen's at risk then by waiting and getting the full approval of at least the Security Council. Why don't we have even the full support of NATO? Because we're trying to go in guns a blazing and dictate to other countries what they can and can not do.
Saddam is a threat to every inhabitant on this planet, however, we as Americans can't be so egocentric to believe that our way is always the correct way, it's part of the reason we're so disliked by most of the world. If you doubt that even our allies' citizens dislike us, I'll dig up the poll that showed about 70% of the allies' citizens disliked how we are. Has Saddam done anything to threaten the rest of the world? He's shot missiles and AA guns at our planes that are flying over HIS country.
What's even worse is the fact that our government is trying to totally erode civil liberties. The "Patriot Act" was a misnomer for what should've been called the "Kill the Constitution Act". Now they want to go and further this by introducing another Act to give even more liberal rights to government officials to trample all over US Citizens' rights as prescribed under the Constitution. As a citizen and registered voter, I find this totally unacceptable and will fight for the preservation of the very principles that many of our ancestors fought, bled and died to protect.

Well Said Reckless. Well Said. I aggree with you 100%.
Bush has already said no matter what the UN wants, he's going to do it his way, which in this case, is the WRONG way.
The Un has lost a lot of credibility with bush because the Un says one thing, bush comes right on and says another. And i believe that the most recent survey showed an 90% disapproval of America in allied nations, mostly due to the whole bush/Iraq situation.
I too am a regestered voted, I voted but apparently 51% of vote doesnt count when your brother owns florida and fixes things for you.
