added some rooms to wardog pen, set zanthis drops to 75%, made barbskin worthwhile, demonhides for rogues. did not exclude hokkaido's basement from the rooms database.

misc changes, upped ac/dr on jester's chain (skald quest item), made hopelessness and futility bard-2, fixed dark mage, lich, and glaberezu areas so that the monsters can follow and dont spawn in the portal room
