That's interesting, because last I checked, all places CST also observed CDT. The only areas I'm aware of that don't do DST are Hawaii, Arizona, and a lot of Indiana -- none of which are on Central Time (the Chicago area is CST, but they also observe CDT).



So where do you live? What part am I missing?



BTW: You know your time zone, yet you couldn't figure out what time it would be if it's shown in EDT? Nice.
