Here's a few I know.
Acid Rain
{source} casts acid rain on you!
Burning Aura
{source} casts burning aura on you!
Gnarled Wand
{source} points a gnarled wand at you and utters "Shirzak!"
Iron Wand
Blue-white lightning strikes you for {dmg} damage!
Nexus Spear
{source} uses their spear and skewers you for {dmg} damage!
Rotting Flesh
{source} casts rotting flesh upon you!
Ruby Staff
{source} points their ruby staff at you!
A bolt of white-hot flame strikes you for {dmg} damage!
