It is odd that if this were Erek1, why would he be Banning himself?



This post is leaving me a bit disoriented as well... Unless Gerry was emulating his account and speaking through it... What's the point of it?

i'm actually kindof feeling (quite literally) sad about this entire situation... there are many people i feel that do not understand Dragondawn's situation... atleast not on a level that Raiden does....i'm not going to discuss what was relayed to me... but if it at all holds any water... then this is a very sad situation indeed..



if dragondawn wants the public to understand what's wrong with him.. then i hope it's explained with utmost curtesy to him...

Even though Gerry may have had an accident that hindered his judgement and coherence, that is still not a good excuse for alot of the rants that he throws around. But at the same time, nor is it excuseable for all of the senseless flames that have been thrown around lately.



DD can be an incredibly good guy when he has his head on straight, but too many users nag on him and that always throws him off track. He has a bad temper, and it's hard for him to hold back from it when he becomes angry, and a LOT of people feed off of that when it happens.



Gerry, all you need to do is keep your head on straight, keep your temper at bay, make wiser decisions, and make knowledgeable replys to posts instead of letting your anger or frustrations take over when you reply to a thread. If you were able to do this you would have a LOT less headache with users logging on to your board just to create trouble, as well as users posting flames to you whenever you post.



Like I have said, I'm not perfect either, since I have thrown insults at Gerry myself. But I don't let these situations take me over and allow me to hold a grudge against him. Quite frankly, the flame Gerry threads are becoming old. Sure, they provide entertainment and humor for some of the users that just float these forums and occassionally post a non-sensible half-assed reply for someone not to stop flaming because it is giving them a temporary kick or giggle, but that's still not a good reason for it. As alot of you well know, even though Majormud is only a game, it can cause incredible stress for people in real life, and purposefully trying to piss someone off, or make them appear like an idiot can really ruin their day.



I could care less for those of you that will post your little 'boo-hoo's' and 'stop your compassionate bibble babble'. But I do know the headaches all of these flame-wars can cause for people. So quit continuing it. Quit egging DD on, quit hastling Syntax because he was frustrated with people not contributing their works, and quit being asses.
