not sure how much i like the hybrid view when a thread like this one gets large. you have to go up to into the thread window and click "More Replies below current depth..." for each and every part of the threading that has gotten too many posts for it to show. is that an board option maybe? having to go up there and click those links 2 or 3 times to try and navigate through a single thread blows. i know it's an option and i think i like the linear anyway, but it was just something i noticed.

What is the reputation, and what does it do?



I left one about Xetox and then tried to leave another and it gave me the message that the reputation needs to spread around before I can leave another =\... whatever that means.

I like the new look.. but man on my DSL at work... it takes a good 5 seconds for it to load completely :l Same thing when I am at home... on my cable it takes about 4 seconds to load... I've counted it now :l

i notice it takes a while to display though.. Before, it displays quicker & continues dl'ing.. now it dl's more before it displays... :hmm:

well, so far i notice one small bug with the normal setups. i'm getting emails for every post of the forums that i'm subscribed to. i tried to unsubscribe and resubscribe (selecting "daily updates" as my subscription option) and i still get emails for every post. being emailed for every post isn't even an option so i dont know why it's doing it. i just removed my subscriptions for now.



i may be wrong about this. i'm actually still getting emails for every _post_ in the "Morbid Fa$cination$" forum, even my own. i post a message, and i get an email about it. i dont see any way to turn it off either as i dont have any forum subscriptions. does this maybe have something to do with xetox recently adding me to mod that forum? if this issue is found to be a seperate issue, then maybe the forum subscriptions do work (these were the emails i was getting that i originally thought were because of the forum subscriptions).
