I think I'll just stick to weed.
Even though I have fucking bronchitis and don't feel like smoking until it goes away, sigh.

I smoke while driving. I'm high 90% of the time I'm driving. There's no reason to not be, it doesn't fuck you up that bad.

There are much worse things to worry about than people smokin pot and what they smoke it out of. Our government needs to get their heads out of their asses and work on REAL problems like people abusing welfare. That's something that hurts us ALL as taxpayers. The casual, or even the chronic potsmoker is hurting NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY but themselves, if even that. People can have 7 kids and no job and nobody says anything, but someone wants to puff on their own free time and its a fuckin crime? Gimme a break. I'm proud to be from America but our government is somethin else... and before anyone says "if you don't like it why don't you leave"... I HAVE checked into moving to Canada. They just need to lighten up on "crimes" that only hurt the person committing them. If I were to get high, who would that hurt? Only myself, hypothetically, since weed is so bad for the smoker. Who else is being hurt? Hmmmm just the government cuz they can't get taxes from it, which I think is the same reason they give out tickets to people who don't wear a damn seat belt. If I'm not wearing a seat belt and I get in an accident, I Die. So what. I don't hurt anyone else. They only care cuz they lose a taxpayer. Greedy bitches, they should all burn in hell.
The point is, whether it's worse or not, it's still against the law. We have rapists and murderers on the lose, so we should ignore the child molesters (well that's pretty damn close evil-wise, but still). That's basically what you're saying. At least we in WA can vote and say "Don't make marijuana possession at the top of arrestable offenses, look for other things instead." (which btw passed this week)
