In what it described as a shocking new report, the British Lung Foundation (BLF) said tar from cannabis cigarettes contained 50% more carcinogens--the agents that produce cancer--than tobacco.



Marijuana is LEGAL in Britain, hence it is produced the same as/similar to regular ciggarettes, which contains all the company-added carcinogens for flavor, addiction, whatever.



Weed isn't dangerous straight, it's dangerous when it's manufactured like ciggarettes.

marijuana is pure, it's not very harmful to your body..



where as tobaco, in any form chewing smoking etc, is not pure, and is very harmful to your body..

I smoke cuz I want to, i grew up learning lies in school about marijuana, when what they really should have been teaching (and the truth at that) is the risk of drugs that are ACTUALLY harmful, like heroine, cocaine, etc.

I never once said that anyone shouldn't smoke it. I was merely pointing out a study by people that are far more educated than we are ;)



Everyone knows the harmful effects of the other drugs, unless they're utterly stupid.

They may be more educated, but the chances are very good they have never tried the drugs they are reporting about. A scientist studying marijuana for 20 years can't compare, in knowledge, to a marijuana farmer/smoker of 20 years ;)
