Let them come in and hit my script. It's a game. I'm not worried about it like some people. If it happens on a daily basis for a month at a time and they don't actually play the game so I do not have any type of retaliation, then I'll get pissed. I don't have the time to sit there for days and camp til someone enters. Not dissing you guys, you know who you are, that shits bad ass and you get mad props. I used to do it myself, just dont have time for it now. I'm not concerned if someone hits my script, as I said, its just a game.

I find it funny how many people blindly hate Damage Inc. I rather like 'em. They're fun, and unlike most people that are too pvphappy, they make good allies. They know what they're doing (I'd wager better than some of you) and they stick together. Further, I can sympathize with their situation of being kicked off boards without breaking rules. I've lost count of the number of boards I've been banned from simply because I took out the trash. And when I took out the trash, people quit. It's the same thing with Damage Inc. As far as I'm concerned, they're usually the victim. I've never seen them break the rules, and I've seen them get banned and deleted from boards for no good reason.



And why? Because they try to enjoy an aspect of the game that the SYSOP HAS CHOSEN TO ENABLE: PvP.



Oh, one of them makes a "racist remark?" Oh, my heart is just BLEEDING for you POOR, BROKEN SOULS. Give me a break. You know that commercial where the guy shrinks his wife's sweater to an impossibly small size in a sad attempt to make fun of men's apparent lack of ability to do the household work women are supposedly goddesses at? Ever laughed at that? Even even simply not found it offensive? Then I invite you, no, I IMPLORE you, get a handgun, put one bullet in the chamber, put it to your temple and pull the trigger. Because you, my friend, are too stupid to deserve to live. You get all up in arms when someone simply says a word that's assiociated with racism, even though he isn't using it that way... yet you have no problem with blatant sexism and insulting an entire gender. Even you're not that stupid. So I have to wonder... is it because your "wins" were the result of having a great level advantage? A 3 on 1? A script kill? Did you get an amazingly lucky round of crits, or are you just MAKING THE WHOLE DAMN THING UP?



Nobody is buying your act, junior. And even if they were, who gives a damn about one or two victories? MUD is 80% luck. If you get bad luck, ANYONE can beat ANYONE at ANY level with ANY class. It just depends on the degree of bad luck (or good luck) you need. I was on a heavily PvP board once and I was doing so damn good, nobody within my range would go evil for any reason because I had totally wasted like 30 people in a row. Then in one day I lost to TWO different people at different times, both of which were a few lvls below me. It's all about who gets the lucky rolls. There's another 20% that's skill, and that can be shown over the longrun... but to act like you're better over a single victory.... sad.

Like you. Second They DO cheat at mud and I have several witness, I.E. Hoarding items on an account that isn't allowed,Hanging scripts(which is really lame) and the list goes on. Not once have I ever taken away from the capability of Damage Inc. Even I can admit they are good, probably a "little" better then most players I know but that doesn't change the fact thier shameless tactics degrade and abuse the system. Third off I have no idea who the hell you are but for you to type such a long speel about me really moves me. Any single person that plays on any mud with me knows I'll do anything to help anyone, and I always have the answers for people, unless I have no idea. Third it's dickheads like you that make it "ok" for people like that to continue on playing as they do. I have no problems with anyone from damage inc to be honest, I just severely dislike We, And he does Lie, and He does handout fake caps, I have seen both in person. Now, Let's think about this for a second, Mud is FAR from 80% luck, the only thing luck has to do with are your rolls for stats, and your swings, Monster regen is basically a very systematic method. The ability to pvp is not 80% luck, I'd more agree on 50/50 all the way around.

It's funny how you presume to know how I play. 90% of the time I've been deleted/banned it's because I was getting rid of troublemakers, not random players. But that's bad for business. I'm talking about pay boards. When one person makes five troublemakers leave, the sysop doesn't care. What he sees is $5 made $25 go away.

First of all, I'll conceed the 80/20 thing was probably too much and 50/50 is closer. However, you sir are an idiot. Monster regen is only static in lair rooms, it's random in normal rooms, and even in lairs it's rarely static as to WHICH monsters regen. That can make a huge difference. Also, almost EVERYTHING is on a random roll. Crits, whether a spell hits spells, how much it hits for, whether stealth lands (perfect stealth aside), whether a lag hits, whether another player comes by and screws something up, there's a million variables beyond one's control.
