People always think that sysop's owe them a good connection and 24/7 uptime. For some reason they dont understand that 1 they arent paying for a service, and 2 people who run BBS put a lot of time and work into something for enjoyment, not to hear people complain about it. Plain and simple. When you start paying then bitch, until then stop complaining. When your neighbor invites you to his house you dont bitch that he doesnt have your favorite beer in the fridge.
