max regen being 130% above normal wouldnt make too much of a difference, it should add what..1 more monster to the rooms? granted, thatll make a lot of areas undoable at the level they're supposed to be doable at....but itll make them useful longer than they normally would be.

that's kinda the point. every area will be a bit harder, but yield better experience and withstand more people as there are more mobs.

just reminds me of the "gores you for 90!" and then x4... there goes scripting that earlier

I still think it'd be better off letting the non-lair rooms pick up the extra monster slack (add in another lair or 2 or something) instead of just piling them all up in only those few rooms

Actually, it wouldn't necessarily make them useful longer, just useful at higher levels, since you can't necessarily go in earlier.

none of us really KNOW what it will do, hence why we need to test it.

Which will in turn make Newhaven, Sewers, Slimy sewers, crypt, and all the way up the line able to hold more people, and push out more exp. Say you normally start in NH makin 6k/hr, go to crypt makin 12k/hr. With the regen, you'd start in NH makin 8k/hr, go to crypt a little later makin 15k/hr. It evens out, but allows for more people to join.

AC not accessable til lvl 10ish depending on class, now wouldn't be accessable til lvl 15ish depending on class. But, the areas that are for lower levels than the AC would be able to hold you off until level 15.

It would basically make a sliding scale on the areas all the way up the line, offering more exp, better group spots, and a little more of a challenge.
