i've had a somewhat similar problem before with mudrev's dats... turned out we had a few spells referencing non-existant objects. i'm assuming the explorer export didn't stop, just popped an error up and kept right on rolling, if i recall that's what mine did... so what exactly is the error when you open explorer? again in explorer, if you open it, do some of your records stop before the end of their listing? (i.e. you have 3000 monsters and it stops listing at 2048)

i should be releasing a big update in the next day or two. i added some better error diagnostics to that code and if i didn't already fix it then i'll be able to pinpoint the problem better.
