Thankfuly when they looked at it i still had the 250 straight 6 in it making it classify as just a sedan. if they looked in there now, they would shit thier pants and up my rate.

$300 for six months would be fucking great. I'd pay off a years worth at once and not worry about it all year.

My insurance is cheap as fuck, and I get tickets all the time.....You just have to cough up the money to pay for a lawyer when you get them! Hell I have a spot free record, as far and the insurance company is concerened!

I had to appear in court or pay a fine seven times. That's seven times the lawyer fees. That's seven days/mornings off... That's a shitload of money. Probably less in the long run, but a shitload of money at the time nonetheless.

I hear ya, in about 2 months I had 4 speading tickets, and two other moving violations, I went to my lawyer as normal and made him give me a deal. If you get a lawyer normaly you dont have to appear in court...It does cost alot up front, but it cost allot more not to take care of them!

Man that is royally fucked up, havin to goto court for speeding tickets. Here ya get a ticket, you goto the copshop and pay the fine. If you get points then you pay a little more in insurance, unless you have roadstar & your percentage. with the 2 points I got for excessive speed, I lost 5% (whippie) my insurance is still low.

You don't -have- to go to court. You can prepay the fine and avoid court. Court is only if you want to fight it and take it off of your record, which is what tox did. Lawyers are expensive up front, so I couldn't do it that way.
