Don't you have to wait until you get Majormud Initialized before you can connect?

have you tried connecting to "localhost" if your tring to get onto your board from the computer its running on that should work its allways worked for me.

EDIT: It works!!! I'm connecting to the 192.168 IP via telnet and it's working .Thanks for all your help guys, it means alot to me!
